IRCC will announce when they are ready. There will likely a some time before pgp2020 and PGP2021. W don't seem to be having a spring election so there isn't the rush to start PGP2021.

FYI - This FAQ isn't new. It was released months ago and applies to the individuals who entered the lottery in 2020 and were selected in early 2021. Looks like IRCC has just updated some of the LICO numbers. Probably some adjustments for the 2021 amounts that were previously published.

This FAQ applies to last year's draw (not the 2021 draw). No details for the 2021 draw have been announced yet to the best of my knowledge.

Hi everyone , just a quick question here , so i applied for my parents sponsorship , and now i got an email from cic saying form 5406 needs to be filled again by the principal applicant (my father ) and all the dependents(whether accompaning or not ) individually filled and signed, so my question is in this case my father's brothers ans sisters have to fill the form as well? Or could it just be the kids who needs to fill it ... please help. TIA

Only the PA and all his dependents 18 or older need to fill this form.
"The principle applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicabel), and all dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form"
You are not very clear who are the "kids". Are they dependent under 22 that's part of the application?
For PA, he needs to put down all his extended family members info in the form. (e.g. his brother and sister and parents and kids)

So me my brother and sister are the kids , and i am the one who is sponsoring my parents , we all are over 18 and noone is basically dependent on them.

ANYONE is the dependent!!! That's the question:
Dependent means under 22 and not married nor in a common-law relationpship.

Then just one filled for PA and 1 for your mom. (just saw that you said "parents")
List ALL additional family members in that form including yourself. (for both)
