I called ircc today they said everything is passed.my file status on client portal change IN PROGRESS TO DECISION MADE
But when I click on Dm then I can't see any update

No i am not but when you call IrCC they have automated line which says we are prioritizing application who can exempt to travel so that why i thought

Yes, They are prioritizing those application who are exempted, but they hadn't stop working with outlanders' file. They work with outlanders upto security check but with delay.

Yes, After you reply to that email with your details, they will send a link and a temporary password to logging the PR confirmation portal. There you can upload your picture.

It took two weeks for me. One week after I sent the content form, MP's assistant called me and told me that I will get an update within the next two weeks. But I got the email within a week.

Thanks so much. I have just sent my consent form and supporting document to my MP after I spoke to them on them. My AR was May 17 2019, inland from Alberta.
