I wanted to share a little update with you all.

I just called IRCC, and they said everything is passed, they are just waiting on criminality check. My visa office is in Ottwa.

Here are my details.
CEC
ITA- FEB 13
AOR- March 4, 2021
MEP- MARCH 18, 2021
BIOMATRICS REQUETED- MARCH 19, 2021
BIOMETRICS DONE- APRIL 12, 2021 (I TRAVELLED OUT OF CANADA AND HAD TO QUARANTINE, THATS WHY IT TOOK ME LONG TO DO.)
NO GHOST UPDATE SINCE THEN- EVERYTHING IS IN PROGRESS.
VO- OTTAWA

I HOPE I GET COPR SOON.

I WILL DEFINATETLY UPDTATE HERE IF THERE IS ANY.

I have received my gcms today and out of surprise the agent calculated score is 50 points less. I am not able to identify the reason in the notes as there is no mention of the reason that concerns the analyst..I am attaching the section here @legalfalcon please need your inputs sir.. this Note 2 30th Mar 2021

I am not sure why they removed 50 points as it seems case analyst didn't add any notes concerning with your job offer. I think @legalfalcon will be able to help you with this. If they removed 50 points then most likely they are concerned with the job offer but I am not expert. I hope you get the COPR soon. Please also remember that review required is not always bad sign sometimes case analyst add reviews to highlight something to the officer so it doesn't mean that officer is going to reject your application. If your application is complete and you are entitled to that CRS then no need to worry but it's also very important to clear their concerns via web form if required. I hope this helps!

Thanks a lot @itspossible9 ...This is the point i want to understand where is the problem ...The analyst has not mentioned anything negative but deducted my points by 50 and that makes me ineligible and high chances of refusal.. @legalfalcon Please help sir..

Yes you can, but agents differ. Some just give you the generic response what you can see on your account, but some give you details if you ask. It was my third time trying.

Hi @Tomican I was married back in 2019 jan...so i applied as a married couple only...i have only claimed points for my wife's eca which is 15 marks only not 50..I am pricipal applicant and wife is dep and outland Canada...

Oppppssss.... you lost 50pts is kind of swinging. This is what I understand only (not an expert)

• CRS at the ITA: 505
• CRS minimum for round: 469
• CRS at APR: 505
• Verified CRS: 455

Officer reviews based on:

• Job offer: LMIA exempt
• Letter of Employment of at least one year
• PA gained point as Married at ITA
• APR gained point for 1 year CEC

You may have to recalculate your points and find out WHY you lost 50pts .
However, since CRS at ITA = 505, even the officer verified later = 455 (lower than minimum for round 469), you are not at faults. It is the way the officer verified only. The one who makes decision will justify the case. There is no problem, I believe.
