I have already applied under EE-PNP and CEC, submitted the CEC application almost 2 weeks ago. You have to create another account to create a new profile and get invited. Also, I added an explanation letter, explaining why I submitted the next application, mostly because I haven't seen much progress for the other one after 8 months. Still, didn't get any update on the new one and am not sure whether it is ok.

Have you used your same PCC that you got for PNP or got new one for this?

Is that just a ghost update or does it have any meaning to it? Maybe you should have called IRCC to learn more about the update.
