i received the email and i talked to my consultant and told me to email on the same email you received it from. Then i have emailed the info they asked and photo for pr in jpg format.

Sorry i have one more question, for me and my husband i can send the info and photo in just one email or two separate emails??

I received GCMS notes on 21 May which was requested on 21 April.

Its a long 49 pages note and most of the stuff isn't understable !
