ALBERTA AINP NEW PORTAL - NOI 2021

I have got NOI from Alberta on 26/03/21.
I submitted my application on 5/5/21
NOC 1241
I checked on Alberta website and it states that Alberta only processes inland applications.
Is this true ?
Then why did they send NOI to me ?
I am Outlander in EE pool with CRS 481.
HAVE LMIA FROM ALBERTA EMPLOYER.
DO I HAVE CHANCE OF GETTING NOMINATION FORM ALBERTA ?

I am outlander with lmia that support pr.

My agent told me that they will process my application soon.


Yesterday i read on this forum that people who applied on 26 march got their nomination. So sit back and relax now its our turn.

I applied on 23 March and still waiting....10 days ago they asked for some minor additional docs, which I have sent quickly. No update yet...

And have your employer got verifocation email?

I have lmia as well but my work permit got refused for some reason.

They asked for pay slips and abroad company registration docs.
Canadian employer got nothing so far I think.

Yes I show my funds. I upload fresh bank statement with same amount of money at the account for period more than a year.

Is here anyone applied under Alberta Opportunity Stream(AOS) as an International student (comes directly to Alberta)?? I applied my AOS on 17 May after 6 months experience in my study field. No idea what is the process for AOS because mostly people talking about Express Entry.

Any update , and appxx what is the time span they are giving nomination, as per their website it's mentioned that " at this time we are not processing applications of people outside Canada"

No update at all,
I think its true that thry are not processing files of outlanders. But dont understand why they sent us n.o.i if they r not gonna process our files.

Will keep u updated if any progress happens
