Do you think it could be a reason that idcc can refuse my application ?
I don't think they will refuse mine.. because other documents are perfect.
We don't really know. IRCC easily rejects applications for the smallest mistakes, but for this program, they might be a little more lenient. You do pass the eligibility criteria (if you submitted all the other required documents perfectly) so there's a good chance that they'd issue an AOR.

yes I am definitely eligible person for international stream.

I double check everything but I did not have student permit copy when I applied pathway program.
I just found it yesterday... I think they won't ask for that because I uploaded study credentials ( diploma, official transcript) and PGWP can be issued only for person who legally studied in Canada..
Hopefully, idcc won't reject my application....:( I am really worrying about this

Hi, I have submitted my TR to PR application twice in the same stream. Is there any way to withdraw of the application. I am really worried.

Since the application was online but there’s no AOR yet, a webform with a letter and a signature. For paper-based PNP before AOR that’s how you do it.

If not, you’ll have to wait for AOR and risk losing $550 processing fee.

Another option is to request a refund so if its processed before AOR your app won’t pass the completeness check and will be rejected/returned right away.

To be sure you’re making the right steps, I think calling IRCC at 8:00am will be more helpful, I say that time because ever since May 6th their lines seem to be very busy.
Thank you

Maybe later, but right now, i'm not sure its possible. I saw a video on youtube (tr to pr by mark H) he said in a case like this, they'd cancel the second one and assess the first one.

so i'd say be cool! and i hope the first application was correct though.

Hey guys,
I noticed that IRCC website has changed the requirements for Biometrics in the website since I applied. Formerly, it was said that “you are exempt from giving biometrics if you have given it during the past 10 years AND it was for a PR application”; but now the website says something else and it seems the less than 10 year old biometrics are still valid if they are given for a temporary resident visas as well.
Am I right??? And if so, we should expect a refund for that amount?
Are you applying for a temporary resident visas ?

Where is it mentioned that the letter of completion applies only to those who graduated this month? I graduated in Dec 2020 and have not yet received my diploma certificate.
You are good if you included just graduation letter but you must have diploma certificate for the CEC I think.

Yeah I didn't have any issues when I applied for the pgwp with them. Furthermore the letter itself states that when paired with an official transcript, it is represents my educational credential. The institute also confirmed this with ircc.

I saw someone is saying that forms need to be printed and signed mandatory ?

but i just did electronically signature and put electronically dates ?

this will be a problem?

My application can be returned back or can be rejected just because i signed electronically??

It's one or the other, or both. You will be fine, don't worry.
