I know its very silly and dumb mistake. I was so upset after realizing that I did that mistake. Will apply in other stream as well.
Is there anywhere on IRCC website that states that we can apply in 2 different streams? Just wanna check

Thank you for your response
I've heard from multiple lawyers that you can apply in two streams. Even CICNews says so:

11. I am eligible for both an essential worker and international graduate stream. Can I submit multiple applications?

Yes, you can. You will need to pay the application fee twice.

Hii someone help me please. I applied my PR under new TR to PR pathway. I added my spouse also in my application who is in India. There were two forms background check and family info form which should be filled by his side. I uploaded them without his signature. Will it create issue? Or if it will create issue.. is there any way i can send again with his signature.

Don't worry, sign or no sign, it doesn't matter (confirmed this with IRCC and lawyers). The electronic signature in the last step of the portal where you entered your name and city acts as the signature of your entire application.

Friends, i mistakenly scanned the 008 and uploaded. When I checked that barcodes form should be uploaded, I sent another application with correct barcoded form. What will be the process now? Will they use first application or second?
Actually they cant retrieve my information frm the first application as it was not a digital form .
So, will my second application will be considered?

I applied for international graduate stream. But, the problem is I didn't uploaded my job letter. Instead I uploaded my work permit. I submitted my job letter and pay stub by filling web form.
My first question is that will be fine or an issue.
Second, I am also eligible for Essential service stream non health care, should I apply in that one as well because i do not want to miss this chance.

I appreciate your reply in advance
Please suggest
Yes. Pay fees again and apply.

Wait for AOR for both. They are most likely not going to check everything in details before sending AOR, they will check if required documents have been attached or not. So, they may send AOR for your both applications. Did you paid fees twice with both applications?

Written in guide
Biometrics exemption for permanent residence applicants who have given biometrics within the last 10 years
If you previously submitted biometrics within the last 10 years, please check our website to see if you need to provide them again. If you do not need to provide them again provide proof with your application that you have previously submitted biometrics to IRCC.

Got you. You need to verify if they arw valid using web link. I know someone have given for work permit 2 years ago and verification link says “they couldn’t fine”. So, better to pay for and if they have biometric already then they will refund biometric fees when application will finalize. The guide the uploaded on 5th was saying you need to guve it again even if you have given in the past. Better to play on the safe side.

Hey guys. I have a question. I have a child who is Canadian and 4 months old. When I applied today, i did NOT include a dependent because I saw they needed a Medical and my baby is Canadian. I’m not sure if I should’ve included the dependent? If I should have included the dependent, will my application be rejected? Or will they ask me to submit documents?
IMM0008 stated that we should include all family members who are not already canadian citizens or permanent residents. So i included my canadian son in the additional family info sheet and wrote a LOE saying he was not included in the application on the basis that he is canadian and showed a copy of the birth certificate. You will be fine!!!

Hello,

I applied for the International graduate stream yesterday through a representative. Upon reviewing my submitted application, I found out that my representative filled my application with extreme carelessness. They mixed up my job titles between 2 of my current jobs. They even put the wrong number of hours at my current job (they put 40 hours instead of 30) and even put the wrong UCI number in one of my forms.

So, I decided to create a new account with my other email and filled a new application with the correct details. Luckily I was able to submit that application before the stream closed.

Now my question is, how do I withdraw my old application before it gets rejected?

I would really appreciate this if someone is able to guide me through this.
