@legalfalcon please suggest me this ... my AOR is apr 3rd 2020 ... still waiting for decision ... pending with security & criminality & medicals expired.
I have PGWP valid until oct 2021 ... if i apply for PGWP extension 18 months permit under new public pilot policy rather than BRidge work permit... can i also include spouse and kid in that to get processes along with mine... if not what is the process i need to follow.

If you apply to extend you PGWP under the new policy, you will also have to apply separate for your spouse's open work permit and any other dependents. You can file all the applications together, but they will be separate application.

Criminality In progress Since July 2020 ????
Ordered GCMS in August 2020, Got above update.
Since then no update till now.
Ordered GCMs again on April 14th 2021, No response yet.

Is anyone got any response after medical expire????

Same agent. Timeline is very similar. Medicals extended on April 20,2021. Prior to this file was not touched since mid July.

Not that I know of. There are a few ppl in general WhatsApp group assigned to this officer, but that’s it.

I tried, they sent me a consent form to ask ircc about my profile. Havent heard back from them since that. Been about a month now.

Yesterday I submitted my new passport as requested, and today the recoding machine doesn’t say that I need to check for any additional requests. Is it just because I updated it or has someone actually acknowledged it is what they asked for?

Also I received a No Caller ID call today, but was at a work meeting. Am I suppose to get the call if I have a representative in my country of origin? I tried calling their 1-800 number but they are full of calls and are not taking anyone else. Site does not say you are supposed to get calls, but many have said so in this forum on different occasions. Just want to be sure.

Please your advise on how to proceed from here. Thank you again.

The MP can only obtain your info and not expedite the process.

Here is my old post on the this:

An MP inquiry is not a right, rather it is a privilege given to the Member of Parliament to obtain your personal information from a federal agency. They use this to help the constituents.

Section 8 of the Privacy act states:

Disclosure of personal information

• 8 (1) Personal information under the control of a government institution shall not, without the consent of the individual to whom it relates, be disclosed by the institution except in accordance with this section.
  
  Where personal information may be disclosed
  
  (2) Subject to any other Act of Parliament, personal information under the control of a government institution may be disclosed
• (g) to a member of Parliament for the purpose of assisting the individual to whom the information relates in resolving a problem;

They can obtain your information from any federal agency within 24-48 hours. However, beyond this they cannot do anything.

After you submit any document, it takes 1-3 weeks for it to be updated.

No need to be concerned. Instead try calling ircc or send a webform.
