She was supposed to fly next Friday sigh... I feel bad for my dad who has to wait for another month now.

She got passport request on April 19 and submitted Passport to Lahore visa office on the 20th and got visa stamped back today the 22nd.
Do not ask for the rest of the timeline because I don’t remember it please.

That's very sad to hear. I hope they keep it at the 30 days and don't extend it further.

Can you please share how long her visa is valid for? How much time does she have to come to Canada after getting the stamped passport back.

I want to let you all know that I got AOR2 on yesterday so what do you all think about how long to get a Pre-Arrival Letter?

Please don't worry my friend is also suppose to travel on May 4th. I just talked to her and the Canadian embassy emailed everyone also telling to travel Indirect flight...this restriction only apply to direct flights from Pakistan, if she travel through Qatar or Emirates...she can land in Canada Soon tell her to book no direct flight only Indirect flight..also called her travel agent for details.

U need to get Covid test from third country. Not all airports provide this facility.

Yes that's why i am saying to contact travel agents for details.....she's travelling from Qatar Airways..so definitely they will have this option otherwise they wont let people travel....

I have a question if anybody can assist ? If we receive Re medical and no pre arrival are there chances of rejection also . I heard that remedical is only sent if the officer is satisfied with the ADR and eligibility . Also how long after remedical is done should we be expecting ppr ? TIA

Called IIRC: Told me my file was transferred for administration purposes, was not told which visa location and was told we most likely won’t receive acknowledgement

I warn that you will need to keep checking, these thngs will change as other countries bring in their own restrictions and the specifics of how it works are clarified - as another link showed, since no PCR test available in the airport in Doha, won't be possible through there (except I guess for those who have visas for Qatar and can stay longer there to get the PCR test done).

Alhamdulliah my spouce got PPR today from Warsaw office Poland .,Jan2020 Applicant,First medical Feb2020,.File moved to LVO,ADr 11 November,Remedical and pre arrival 17 March, REMedical passed 7 April 2021.DM 12 April and PPR 23rd April.
