Guys i need help.......i called CIC call center today and its online status update i got the following details...please tell me is it a good sign?

-Applicant eligibility remains in progress. We need additional documents from you. We will send you a letter/email with details about it...

(I am so confused now as i already got ADR in dec 2020 and submitted everything in Dec 2020)???

- Security portion of the application has started. -------> is this a good sign?

- Criminality was passed by biometrics.

-Applicant's medical has expired.
Nothing to worry. When they ask for ADR you might have a better understanding because you know exactly what they want and why they want that for. If not yet, request for GCMS notes so you get to see the officer's comments and be able to provide your supporting documents accordingly.
One thing is obvious here that IRCC is still not 100% satisfied as far as eligibility is concerned.
its suggested to ensure whatever documents IRCC asks for submit them they way the ask for it, only send what they require and submit them on timely manner.

How long has it been that your case is still at Eligibility Assessment Process/when they have initially started the Eligibility process?

I think the automated hotline service just reads out whatever is on GCKey. I would email my MP to get an update instead. Specifically mention that you sent your ADR in December, so why is it still saying this?
i think its not the current details on it as my MP replied to me a month ago that my documents are under review which i submitted by requested ADR in Dec 2020.

my time line is as follows:

Application date: Jan 17,2019
AOR 2: Dec 2019
ADR: Dec 2020----Only post wedding communication, current relationship, chats, emails, pics etc.
i ordered notes it says my security verification started in Sep 29,2020 and i don't know where to look for date when the eligibility started??

well since i submitted my ADR its under review....I am really very confuse now...is this a good sign??i asked MP and recently sent an email after 4 months waiting for status update and they said its still under review by Migration Officer??

How long do i have to wait more now?????

I'm sorry, I really can't say why it's taking so long, but the fact that your MP said they're reviewing the ADR documents is a good sign and I think the info on the automated service is outdated.

I think your lawyer screwed you. You need to find out.
The thing is, Visa Office does not refuse an application based on not genuine, without issuing a procedural fairness letter (PFL).
This letter states the concerns they have and give you 30 days to send additional proofs.
Your lawyer could have missed/forgot then decided not tell you this letter was sent, because it's malpractice.

Check your Ecas carefully around January/February a correspondence letter should of been sent to the applicant.

I got refusal recently as well few months after ADR. No PFL and no interview in my case either sadly.

I hope you are appealing because all you have to say is they didn't follow procedural fairness rules. It's like if police found drugs in your home but never had a search warrant, so the judge will dismiss their case.
Did you find out the reason for not genuine decision?

Hi Everyone,

July 2020 applicant and no response since medical confirmation of completion on Jan 29th of this year. ( Was told our file was being transferred to LVO onJan 21st).

I’ve applied for TRV twice with both rejections. If I apply again now ( Last time I a applied was Sept 2020) will it create a red flag for me if it is denied again? My partner and I feel that we now have travel history and because I have a job now, I have ties in my country.

Thank you!

It has no bearing on your PR application - both are separate streams. Also - having a job does not guarantee a TRV. We were refused twice - and got our TRV on our third attempt - with my spouse having a job on the first two attempts but unemployed on the final one.
