Status changed to " We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"

My Eligibility Review status is changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility" to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." , but did not get any notification from IRCC like ghost emails.

Even mine says the same. BVL received Oct 26th no update/response after that.

Really? They can send you "medical instruction letter" after you gave biometrics within 24 hours? I thought it will take some weeks. They dont need biometrics processing time before theh send you to do medical?

Does longer time spent on reviewing eligibility usually mean a positive sign? If they have to reject it should not take them more time right ?
