My AR in November 2020 and I called last week, it was about 4 months after AR and received temp file. I'm not really sure about your situation but you may call IRCC back next couple week to ask again.

I called ircc this morning,they said
Eligibility passed
Criminality passed
Background passed
Security not started yet

Can you please tell me how long it will take to pass and get DM.

I have UCI, don't have AOR yet. Options: 1>1>1>1>2>1>1>1>0. Might be little bit different in your case.
