I received my GCMS notes. On the 2nd page under Assessments, its mentioned that my Criminality has Not Started. But under Admissibilities, I have got 2 Criminality sections. One says Not Started and the other says Passed, moreover under Criminality Sub-Activities Type:
Biometrics-RCMP, the status is NRT.
I am confused regarding this, any input would be really helpful.

I haven't contacted IRCC in the past month, so I am not sure if my file has been transferred to Vienna from Ottawa (where it was at the time of my call). It should end up in Vienna as that office covers my country of residence. I've dealt with that office a couple of times during the years and they were always quite speedy and diligent but nothing is for certain during these times.
Right, let’s hope for speedy processing I haven’t seen any GU so probably not much movement in my file, but Austria exits current lockdown in May so maybe things will pick up

On what basis approvals happening is this so random , My friends whose AOR is Feb 4 2021 got COPR letter , despite a complex travel history . Really Puzzled

Can anyone pls assist... I believe i have not observed single GU till now in my profile. I am fsw outland with dec 2020 AOR. What should i mean, the file is not touched upon yet?

Not completely true. I have not seen any GU in my profile; even after medical passed and my file has been transferred, eligibility reviewed etc. which would ideally have triggered a GU. I could also have missed it which could be your case too
