@legalfalcon I ordered GCMS notes 3 times and I saw that in 2 times the date of Notes issue was close to the date when I requested the Notes. So by the moment you receive the notes they are already 1 month outdated.
In CBSA notes ordered I saw that they were issued around the end of the month, coincidence or not. So does it mean that ordering CBSA notes is better in terms of receiving the latest notes?

When you request the GCMS notes, there is a two step process that is allowed. First, the information is verified and the GCMS notes are extracted. Second, the notes are reviewed and exemptions and redactions made before they are released.
After the request is filed, the GCMS notes can be generated on any date before they are released.
In some cases the release date is closer to the request date, in other it is closer to the release date, for both IRCC and CBSA.
Also, no federal agency provides a real time update on the processing. What you experienced is just a coincidence and may not always be true.
However, CBSA is more responsive than IRCC. To read on requesting GCMS notes from CBSA vs IRCC, see https://bit.ly/3d2gQep
