That is very unusual. The quickest thing to do would be to send a tweet and tag https://twitter.com/CitImmCanada

When ever that is any outage, the IRCC twitter link will announce it.

Currently there is no Service disruption.

Sir, I have just logged on my GC key a/c through my mobile phone and It worked. I don't know why its not working on my official & personal laptop, whereas I have just checked the same on 4-5 laptops but the error was same.

I am not receiving any GU's nor my application is moving forward after Eligibility = Recc Passed, Criminality = Passed, Security = Not Started.

Is it because I have an Outland Spouse on my application? Will I receive anything in near future?

Same with mine too but i noticed a GU last week though. I am sep 2 aor and i think they are still working on sep first week aor's.

Ughh.. hope we hear back sometime in the next week or so. I saw October Aor's have even started receiving their CoPR's!!

@legalfalcon ( Could you explain what Note 1 means) Just received my GCMS notes and seems like Eligibility has been rcommended Pass since 5th February 2021 by Case analyst at 11:45 AM. Weird part is that on 19th February 2021 the notes says received offer letter doc. Details below.

There is nothing known as GU under immigration law as such. It is just a colloquial term used for and update on your account.

There are many applicants in the same situation as you. There is nothing to panic.
