One of my friend - outlander, got PPR on Nov 2020 (DM after Mar 18). He hasn't received passport back. So, we cannot predict anything until it in our hands.
Note: Visa for WP is fast but Immigration is super slow.

Your Eligibility also may be pending. The steps left are usually the ones which take a lot of time. My guess is Q4 2021 or Q1 2022
