Yea heard same.
Re - medical is last thing to do from our side.
so theres nothing more. they say decision made on ecas

Re medical + pre arrival in march
now Waiting waiting and waiting
got hit by sputum test in Re medical.
they have submitted mine
now when the day ends with no call or email
I actually thank God for them not contacting me. LOL

It might be an Ircc issue. Their main login site for Gckey says it wont show up until ircc processes them. I cant post a screenshot here but click their link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html

That's a lot to take in.

I would start sending emails to the visa office, and MP. There is surely many things that can be done besides reapplying. I'm pretty sure it's never an outright refusal, and it always comes with chances to prove the application further. Have patience!

Was your ADR well structured with lots of information?

Saami bhai please could you shere did you sumit schedule A and police certificate when thy ask for ADR and also did you sumit WhatsApp chat?

didnt u know they dont consider nikkah only? They want rukhsati proof as well.

They are fine with Nikkah only cases I am one as well. Haven't done ruksati explained why and they never asked about it. Already got pre/DM... long wait for PPR.

Correct - personally/directly know 2 cases who got approved just on Nikkah and they explained how / why they couldn't do Rukhsati etc.

It is all subjective - based on officer and how detailed your case is.

Perhaps if they were allowed to present their case - the officer would believe differently.

Yes they requested police cert, schedule A, Proofs- I submitted whatsapp chats/calls, pictures, honeymoon pics, gifts and financial proof as well. I even showed proof that my wife was living with me for months before we applied for sponsorship. We were so happy that we got DM and the wait is finally over... but got refusal. They said that they will mail the offical refusal letter to the sponsor.
We didn't have a reception and explained why as well. Going to reorder gcms notes and appeal.
