They are moving quickly and it goes from no news to a flood of news very quickly. They are also sending over weekends so it can happen at any time. It's close. Stay positive.

I was also issued a refund of $87 from cic when I received my AOR. Probably because i was exempted from doing biometrics

Nah.. didn’t receive any email saying why did I get the refund. But my spouse had already done the biometrics for the visitor’s visa. I think its the refund for biometrics. He doesn't have to do it again.
