Same here but I’m confused on one thing in the email it says “Even when your application is complete, you may not be able to travel to Canada right away.” They don’t know I’m in CEC inland applicant? I’m wondering may be they think we are Outland that’s why it’s a delay in the processing?? Quite confused ?

I think this email is generic for both inland and outland CEC applicants.

My application isn't approved, apparently all my stages are passed and I'm waiting Final Decision, but I didn't get an email, not sure if that helps or means anything?

Hey Everyone, I got a ghost update today morning but nothing was changed in the application. Any body had same experiences.
Just wanted to confirm if this was just a glitch from IRCC website or did they actually do something in my application.

I would definitely call them to confirm. Same thing happened to me the other day, and when I called they told me I passed all stages and was waiting on a Final Decision! Fingers crossed it is good news for you!
