Whether application was sent to local office or other office of CIO. It is sucked if it is sent to etobicoke. Hope it is sent to office within CIO. I know location is changed to PS-review after eligibility pass. Which city do you live?

so what is your job and nomination conditions , Your file as far as i know is transferred due to eligibility reason
As if it is due to workload it should be inventory but again i am not expert so not sure

No pal was done in feb and criminality on 21 st december and security just now this week and got copr

Hi, I am also in similar timeline with you guys. have also travelled lots of place including for work in 4 countries and I believe verification of those travels and PCC are taking longer than others who have less travel history.

I also have worked in india and africa , but IRCC said my criminality was passed since I called them last year Sept., and my Infor sharing/ eligibility/Medical all passed, only security not start, I hope I can get COPR end of this month..haha.. my wife went back to China 2019, due to COVID, her visa was expired and she can't come to Canada now

Did you call the agent?
I called the agent few weeks ago after received the webform response and confirmed that my med was transferred to the department. It Was pending to be updated.

Edit: Ecas not updated yet but shows on the application portal. I think ecas takes some time to be updated.
