You should be fine, but if you want to be safe, read the book and try other test sites

Nothing from the test can be shared, it can cause your application to be cancelled.

Hey all - Posting this as it may be helpful for other people waiting. I received a test invite email yesterday; I applied from KW in August 2019 and I hadn't heard anything since December 2019 until yesterday. It looks like things are moving!

Cool my mom applied in August 2019 and waiting for an invitation but as she is over 54 she is not taking the test but still looking forward for that email though to get her Oath and interview with the officers. cheers. she applied from Toronto.

I have question. I am flying out Internationally on April 2nd for few weeks. and I heard that we should inform IRCC if we are leaving the country, so they won't send any test invitation. Is that true? I feel like they are waiting to get a reason not to process our application and it can lead more ignorance on my application. Any thoughts about it ?

I would not advise them. You will have 21 days to do the exam and can can reschedule once you receive the invitation plus you never know when it will be sent

I was thinking not to inform them to. But someone in the form was saying that once we put a request for rescheduling it will go with all the backlog application and we never know when we will get the invention next. So I am bit worried.
And to be honest we never know when we will get the invitation, but I just want to be in safe side, had done enough waiting so far.

I called IRCC today to check my status, They told me that, they are done with the background check and just waiting for the local office ( which is Ottawa) to reach out to you for the next step and that will be the test invention. I think ,it is the local office which delaying the processes and I haven't seen any one from Ottawa getting a test invitation recently.

Last week I gave my citizenship test and I got a pop-up message that my webcam is not recording, I clicked okay on the pop-up message and kicked out of the session, I logged in again within 1-2 minutes, The time counter was running as normal, I reviewed my answers and submitted the test. I got confirmation that I passed.

But I am worried as that sudden pop-up message and getting temporality kicked out of the session should not be an issue? Does anyone have a similar experience?

call IRCC and check about your test pass. if they say your test is passed then you are good

I called IRCC, they said it is not uploaded yet which is normal, I am not sure whether it is not uploaded because of normal delay or technical issues

Not to disappoint or hurt you it’s most likely not recorded. It happened to me, everything was fine with my test no technical issues when I wrote for the first time When I called ircc they keep saying it is normal until I got second invite to write the test. This is purely my personal Experience.
