The menu is completely changes now, you i tried with 112 it didn’t connected me with agent but gaves me the clue that it should work when agent que is low.
Try yourself as well and share feedback

Once you are lined up in the que to connect with agent then only this will promt you for call back service

I usually connect with IRCC agents by following 3-4-2-0 options
Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 tries before i gte connected. So keep trying

Does anyone know what happens if the designated employer who gave the job offer runs out of business before the conclusion of the PR application?

Can I work for another employer that is not designated under the AIPP and wait for the actual application to be finished?
