-( the only thing for both of us we did included our country police certificate, (answered the question yes and should be No) and after reading all forums normally we should not because we have here for 4 years. So I am not sure if that will impact the application, if they will accept it or return it).

While filing the online form regarding police certificate. It says I don't need one if I relocate to canada in the last 4 years.
So do I need to click No I don't need a police certificate and provide the same words stated on the website?
What did you guys put in question 5 “have you ever used any other name (e.g. Alias, Nickname, previously married etc.)?" in case you haven't ever used any other name? The instruction on the website says that this question is optional. Did you leave it blank?
question for anyone applying over online. there is only one option to upload the photograph file but they are also asking for photographer's receipt. are you guys merging both the files as PDF before uploading?
You can upload up to 4 documents in any of the sections that ask you to upload documents. Just upload the photo first then again go click to upload next document.

In my case as I have a very long last name (father's last name, mother's last name and husband's last name), it has been registered in many different ways, my driver's licence and Alberta Health care card have different ways of registering this in their system, therefore I reported that in this section, also if you are able to see through you bank institution your credit score information, it will give you all the different names companies have used to do deals with you, when I bought my house I learnt about all these names that the Credit score report has registered for me.

1) Do we need to sign and date physical presence calculator or no need? I saw in general guild line no need and in the application form need sign copy? Which one should we follow?
2) At the back of one photo, do we still need to write the name?
