Hi guys,
Please I need advices. I had a PGWP which was expired last July but I applied for an extension before the expired date , It was refused today because I didn’t meet the requirements , basically I applied without AOR . My question now can I apply for the Open work permit under the new policy? Do I need a LMIA? Or my employer needs to pay the compliance fees?

i'm waiting for my medical upfront to be passed since January 2021.
when I tried to open my gckey account it shows profile/updated and I could not open it, and give me bad gateway. when I tried to login again it went back to Your action is required. i don't understand.
please need your comments.

Yes as your status expired now, you can apply under new policy. Make sure you apply restoration application too . No you don’t need anything to apply for new open work permit under new policy.

Okay, is the status changed back to "Submitted - Read" when you back to Account Home?

I have a similar issue. I can't even open my application LOL

hey guys I got a message in my GC key Account profile updated but there are no changes in GC key. What is that anyone know???

mine too, it says account profile updated but whenever I opened it will lead me to bad gateway page.
and when I tried to login it went back to Your action is required.

This is called Ghost Update. Something happened on your file and you may know soon.
