No, don't know. I'd suggest checking the website of the visa centre.

Brother, drop your passport in VFS Lahore, they will process it. no need for an appointment.

Can you share your timeline, when did you got DM in ecas any idea?

July 29th 2019 application recieved October 25th 2019 AOR1 Medical October 29 2019 Biometrics November 19th 2019 AOR 2 March 3rd 2020 ADR December 10th 2020 submitted January 18th 2021 Remedical Request February 26th Pre Arrival Feb 27th Remedical March 4th Passed March 10th and DM on ECAS March 11th. I know no one knows but I was wondering when I will get it.

I guess that is what I am trying to determine. SA Letter ( mid-Feb) mentioned file will be moved to London. PA ECAS said 'In Process' at the time. It changed to 'Application Received' today. Is that AOR2? I assume this means file has been received by London - but I have received no letter or email.

The best bet to you if unsure call cic Sydney NS office.
they can exactly tell the location and status of file.

Truth is no-one knows exactly. Many interpret this as being the same.

But AOR2 is an actual acknowledgement of receipt - correspondence. Not all offices send them.
