Hi there, I am also here from november 2019 AR , I did medical on Jan 29 and updated IRCC via webform what is your ecas status ?
it is been 1 year same status for me. called CIC few times and was told that file is natural progress and security and medical has not started.

For some weird reason, Jan-March 2020 Inland/Papers-based applications are stuck.

I know some people that applied months later and got PR.

Do you have your GCMS note ?
In my GCMS note, the NOTE section(page-50)said the date which they send my application to PS-REVIEW to do info sharing.
I hope that even the note shows "Ready to be assessed", the process would have started at the date.

Yes I have the GCMS notes pulled on Jan 20, 2021. Same thing - PS-Review and Ready to be assessed. I guess it means the data is ready to be Assessed in the PS-Review. No one is doing it because the files are on hold for unknown reason.

And I was finally able to reach them now waiting for their call it’s being more than 6.5 months no AOR things getting bad every day
