So I think progress bar is for real.

From IRCC: The progress bar shows how long it may take to process your application. The bar and estimated dates are based on the date we received your application and our processing times. It isn’t based on your application’s progress.

The current processing times listed for FSW are 6 months. However, on a separate page IRCC says they prioritize CEC/Inland applications; so 6 months for Outland is probably not realistic. I wouldn't expect to hear back by 100% of my progress bar.

Anyone who got this update, have their BGC status the same as AOR? It did it also change?.. Cuz mine is still same form the first day not updates whatsoever

I think he meant the two lines after
It used to be smth like " you might not hear from us for a while "

Nothing is strange apart from the fact that VO is Montreal which is a sleeping office
