Hello @legalfalcon and @caipsnotes
Please what does “document set for review-client enquiry” in the notes under EE Eligibility, I think for R10, mean and is it written on everyone’s notes or not?
Thanks for your reply
I’m trying to attach the snapshot of the notes but I’m experiencing some difficulties
I believe they will start finalizing cases like this :
March : Aug 2020 AORs
April : Sep 2020 AORs May : Oct 2020 AORs
This is just my thoughts and also based on myimmtracker cases review for inland AORs(i.e. many cases in 2019 and 2020 has been touched by IRCC after ((and around)) 5 months and some lucky got PR shortly , and others got 2_3 months after that)
I know it is pandemic and it cannot be fully accurate but it is possible.

I am PNP based CEC. We are in double jeopardy as our cases are being processed at limited capacity and we are bound to fulfil PNP obligations even after PR. If I knew cic was going to lower CEC score, would have waited instead of applying under PNP

Same . I'm waiting from june 2020 (pnp) and I have to stick to existing job till PR, however I'm eligible for CEC and the waiting is so exhausted.
A quick question, as far as I know, we don't have to fulfill PNP obligation after PR , is that right?

The post is already in detail and responds to your question. As per my understanding we have the residency obligations to reside in the province unless we have a solid ground otherwise
