Unfortunately, yes. I sponsored my wife in November 2019 and we got an email saying our file had been transferred to LVO at the end of January 2021... 14 months of nothing. I recently emailed my MP again and was told that the eligibility checks were being performed in Shanghai. No one informed us that the file had been moved again to Shanghai. Don't know what Shanghai will do and what LVO will do. We have not received ADR yet.

Thanks for the response, yeah I do not know how long it will be in the process of being transferred every time I have made an enquiry I have been told that it is in transit, that is how it has been for the past three months.

It used to say in process for most of 2020. It's now changed to application received.

According to recent trend ( hope it keeps continuing) we should hear something by end of this month and beginning of next month.

By any chance, have you inquired for GCMS notes yet?

I have not ordered GCMS notes. I figured there would be nothing of value since it was just sent out of CPC Sydney. I will order notes at the end of this month if we don't get an update.

Yes, it was in process before, but when I asked LVO about my application they replied that its in transit
