All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

I received pre-arrival letter in December 2019 for my parents, after Medical and Biometrics. Since then I have heard nothing, I requested GMCS notes three times and all it says background check. I had to re-do medical this year and parents passed the medical this year in Jan-2021. I have received no updates whatsoever is there any one in same boat, this May 19 2 years will be completed and I am not sure what to do? Please advise

I give them a alternate address of my relative.. bcz at my address collection facility is not available.. but i have already mentioned the blue dart office to drop off but today i recieve the mail to provide another address.. can i recieve a reply mail today or have to wait for another more days??

This happened to me as well, i believe on 1st march they sent me email to provide alternative address or choose drop off blue dart office, i did confirm the blue dart office in email and after that they didn’t reply me anything.
