Any new MR for January 2021 AOR?

My friend with January 12 AOR got here MR Feb 20.

Im Jan 18, 2021 AOR and got MR Feb 18.
But i did upfront onDec 2020 before AOR
Uploaded 3x webform. Ircc responded 1 webform that they will forworded my request to the reponsible office. Until now no update if it is passed.
