Is there anyone who received ecopr on feb.08 or earlier and still waiting for pr card?

I got my PR card in mail today,
eCopr : 12th Feb
linked my PR card application on 28th Feb. -- status showed submitted.
4th March PR card approved and dispatched
8th March PR card received in mail box <3
finally a journey started 5 years ago with study permit to work permit to now PR.
Thanks to this forum, not only it gave me knowledge but most importantly patience

Try commas and same to same as passport it helped me
