You should get an answer this week
For applicants being transferred to London VO ( as per information in SA ), do applicants get medical request from the London visa office ( as in after file has moved to LVO ) or is medical request sent in by CPC Sydney prior to the move?

It remember, it took 4 to 5 days for passport request and then after submitting passports, it took one week.

Nowadays, medicals and biometrics are done before the file gets moved to the Visa Office as a complete package for them to assess. Nevertheless, covid-19 has greatly impacted the time frames. Passing the one year mark is inevitable. So expect another medical request from the visa office as well.

There is one applicant who got his first medical request from LVO, plus there are a lot of others including me whose files have been moved to LVO without getting the medical requests.

Thank you
@Seeker007 and
@spousalCase416 . As I can see from both your comments ( which are sort of contradictory ) - it seems there's no hard and fast rule when it comes to medicals.
I did read up and looked at the tracker, it seems both cases can be true - maybe depending on the workload?
Appreciate the response.
I am worried about my wife, she is suffering from depression by waiting their from months. Every Monday I give her hope that some good news will come this week but nothing except disappointment.
Rana Sb, the only solution to this is to ask your wife to come here in Pakistan and live with you till you get visa. it is difficult, but you have to do it. we don't know when will our cases will be processed. i called my wife last year 2020, now we are living in Pakistan, till visa issuance.
