The list doesn’t mean u should be from those countries but means if the office in these countries deal ur family application then ur in pilot program if you applied after 4th December 2019

Normally if you google which is the responsible office for spouse application for x country it will show you. There should be a list I think. Let me try if I find I will post

Sadly, my application isn't processed in any of the pilot program eligible processing centres. Thanks anyway.

You can get free in-person and online services, if:
* we approved your permanent residence application
* you’re currently outside Canada
* you have one of these documents:

• a letter from us saying you can get pre-arrival services
• a confirmation of permanent residence letter
• a passport request letter that indicates Permanent Resident visa issuance
• a letter from us asking for your medical exam results
• a single-entry permanent resident visa
• a letter from us letting your know you can pick up your permanent resident visa

But it looks like the government is not following its own rules, so yeah! It's confusing for all of us.

Same Here, I’m mid August 2019 too, Got AIP in mid of Dec 2020, criminality is in process and security check has not been initiated yet. Last update was AIP and then after that nothing new

What is the difference between criminality and security check.

Hi All,
I called IRCC this morning they Agent told me everything is passed only Security check is in process , She also mentioned there is a note on your file requesting birth certificates of dependents outside Canada, she said the IRCC didn't sent request through main or email as yet it is a note on your file - she said it is up to you if you want to send it now or wait for the request.

can someone help me what is best to do at this time -they will request later anyhow if I send now is it going to effect my process time I really need help here.

Hello Good Friends, how long we may need to wait to get COPR or news from Etobicoke after received DM( 2nd March)!!!! Waiting waiting waiting ....
