should we have to let IRCC know about previuos h1b petition denials? My h1b petition was picked in lottery but denied after RFE since my employer havent provided adequate documentation. I never went for visa stamping though.
I have answered visa denials question as No during PR submission.
Will this be a problem? Please can someone confirm?

Agent said Eligibility, medicals, & criminality all passed.
They’re working on security currently.
Any idea what the estimate fir security check?

It is better to inform, if it is not informed upfront and if they get to know then it is straight refusal. There are lot of folks here who got their PR with H1B refusal, in fact more crowd are in Canada with H1B refusal . Just declare , do not hide facts

If inland then you will only go through a record check which is fairly quick!

nope....last GCMS notes ordered in december and received end of January indicated R10 ok : review required Outstanding PC
I called beginning of february, nothing except criminality in progress....sharing info in progress also as per gcsm notes.

I ordered new GCMS notes, this time with CBSA but I guess won't see them soon...

Thanks. What is the RR for?

CEC and inland applicants require a RCMP PCC and as a result the criminality stage will not be marked passed until the RCMP report is filed with IRCC). To save some processing time the RCMP PCC can be submitted along with the initial application and it can reduce processing time by a few weeks.
