Hi...I received my AOR on 2nd Feb 2021 and i have linked my file to my online account. Biometrics was also done. But it s not showing any progress bar yet. When can i expect to see that in my file.

Technical glitch in system. Progress bar doesn’t mean anything. When was your received and when is your AOR date ?

My AR was 30th July 2020 and AOR is 2nd Feb 2021...

Just press 3-4-1-0 , do not listen what speaker saying, just after wards “ choose best option to better assist you “ pres 3-4-1-0 it should take you to an agent

does it mean our application is complete or can we link it to application online?

thats only means your file received and scanned into system its wait agent pick up to check completeness.

It means that IRCC 100% received your application and probably they started to look at that in order to issue you AOR.
when I talked to agent he said that last activity on my application was on Feb 5.
But nothing else you can not link application with temporary File number.
