This does not include SMS charges. Can we add this later?

no need to add SMS later . you can get all update via Email too.
you can track your application with Tracking number ( VFS will provide your passport submission tracking number start with "2021######"

@robertp One more thing, please. Your post mentions the Passport Transmission Letter. I understand that it is the email we get saying that mentions the AWB. Do we print it and include it in the envelope or just hand it to the pick-up staff?

please prepared envelop will all document mention in first post. courier boy pickup ONLY sealed envelope.
Sealed Envelope means set documents enclosed in a completely closed and glued (sealed).

Both passports are picked up today evening at 5:00 PM IST

For PA and Dependent after payment link.. do we need prepare two separate packages one fror PA and one for dependent.. there are two AWB numbers one for PA and other for dependent.. or both can be sent in one package..

each applicant needs to have a separate package.
This is mentioned in the email they sent.
In the case of a family, a separate AWB will be created for each Applicant and thus the Applicant will need to create a separate package for each Applicant with all the required documents.

Hi Guys my wife received passport submission email on Feb 13th. Is that same as PPR letter ?

Also I used that as pdf to submit webform on Feb 15th to vfs canada link. So far she haven't received any call or payment link from VFS.

Am I missing something in the process ?

According to a friend who called and checked with a hotel said the stay will be 600 or more per day. 2000 was just a max amount!

PPR - Passport Request, so it’s the same.
Send vfs a follow up email, that it’s been 4 days, that you have not received the payment link.

Its way too much, since I am in India too, and we both will be going together. Its crazy!
