For these details, you have to order GCMS note from CIC website, It's 1 month process. OR simply call the CIC and ask about your Background check.
[security+criamlity] = Back-ground check. If you want to get more detail simply order GCMS.

Yes I got updates I use to have my file in Calgary office but now they move to vancouver i don’t know ..why ?? ADR again my paystubs and bank statements my NOA for 2019 and t4 2019 ..rcmp check record for my wife as well I already done it ..someone got the same request??

They said mine is a complex case, my biometrics are done for both, medicals done for both. But i don't get any answer from them, they just repeating the same thing all the time. I think they are reviewing my application, they requested additional documents in july 2019, thats last update on my file.

Same like me they are saying it’s a complex case ..I got documents Request in July 2020 and in august they requested again Proof of Relationship and biometric request letter to ..and in January 2021 got another Request this one was from Vancouver..no idea what’s going on 23 months done almost..your spouse is in Canada ?

I have heard that most of the overseas applications are temporarily banned. It is clearly said on the website, they will make a decision on Feb 21. That's why most of the applications are temporarily on hold. please refer to the link.

Sahil we are not only the ones whose GCMS note saying COMPLEX-review, but there are also a lot of people I know personally having the same problem. My one of friend already passed 31 months and still no update on file.
