Every case is different and every CBSA officer is different too some of them are nice and some of are very @Ass
If the officer keep calling you before deny from federal there is something going on

Cbsa job is removal they will try fine a way to remove any Foreign nation who has no status in Canada

is it normal to have calls from CBSA even if he had not yet received the refusal ?

I'm new to this forum I have applied for h&C on November 6 2020 and my application went into process on today. I contacted my mp and she's going to contact ircc on my behalf. Just wondering is it fine to involve MP?

I am hoping for the best for you and for everyone of us in this forum still waiting.

They might put him up for check . Don’t think so they would detain him considering the COVID situation around .

H&C is processed independently of removals. You can be removed and have your H&C case processed. Fast processing is either very good or very bad. It usually means it is very evident whether you qualify. CBSA usually allows you to wait to get your response while allowing you to report to them weekly, monthly or not at all. There are actually deportations taking place but primarily they are voluntary removals. Until just recently there were quite a few flights taking off.

can someone apply for PRRA or assylum even if he didn't get any appointment with them or a letter but he is subject of a deportation order ?

i have a lot of problems in my life, i try to find solutions, i don't want to lose the only positive thing that i have. so I no longer have the ability to see this kind of comments at all! good luck in your life. I hope that one day you will change !

This is the kind of person Canada accepted and will hide information or block people who are in the position he was before getting papers from making progress. If he has his way he would find a way of making immigration stop granting approvals to people even from his country

I help people immigrate, visit, apply for WP/SP almost everyday. If you scroll back a few replies I gave advice to help someone. Would not call that blocking anyone. I can voice my opinion once in a while when I don't feel like programs are being used properly or tell people to not pay for LMIAs because it is both illegal and could result in a person losing their status.

I answered your question nothing negative in my answer and was truthful. If anything someone else told you that it was very bad that you got a quick response while I said it was either good or bad but likely a clear case. This is a public forum you can't chose who answers your questions.

I came to Canada in 2016. Applied first in Dec 2017 because my study visa application was denied. But in Dec 2019 it was denied too. But we can’t give up, right?! So I applied again in March/2020
