Those who applied before 2018,their second second stage took between 8 months to 1 year some more than 1 year.things have really change.now second stage takes between 2 to 3 months

I'm so happy I got the CSQ ,although my kids won't get benefits and we as a family r not allowed for medical card yet.

I got surprised but it's ok . That's the way it is.

last ten years i donot remember i ever went to any lawyer for my work permit.
I did that by my self.
Some time i pay 155$ and sometime i add 100$ extra for open work permit.
Seriously if i goto the lawyer then i am sure 100$ i will get ripped off.
Atlease something i can do by my self.

this is what my said in my leave application, that my client never got her refusal letter, in the reply H&C department said they did send three copies, one for the lawyer and one for the immigration and one for the client.
Be care full.
And by the way how did you know your application has been refused ???

I would say ID is important because that will make the officer feel more confident that the letter is legit. They also like to match the signatures on both letter and ID.

So many frauds happen here inside canada.
Better way is to notary public, attest by lawyer. I found one in mississauga he charges only 10$.
And rest of all charges more then 25$
This time i will using this format because i have known many people but when you tell them id then they re like WHY you need my id.

i did not knew. Pandemic + government cerb gave me more time to focus on my own case. With all my research i have found out we re inadmissible..
Soon later i will give you good news.

I also had the same concern. I learned that people would be not comfortable with giving the ID, so ended up providing the job title, address and phone number. It was sufficient in our case.

That's what my lawyer told me... she doesn't think we're eligible for the coverage.
And Quebec benefits they want a valid immigration status. Not AIP nor the CSQ we received
