FYI - contrary to the advice being given in this thread and WhatsApp groups - sending a mass amount of emails to LVO or CIC will do nothing other than Slow down your applications because agents will be diverted to reply to the emails instead of working on files.

As for thinking that these emails will expedite any applications - they will not. Between standardized processes and union regulations regarding employee/agent working capacity, there is nothing we can send that will change the current status quo.

I know this because I've worked in similar positions at Canadian government offices.

The only option, if you want to send mass emails, is to send them to the media - CBC, CTV, Global, etc. Public awareness and shaming of the slow processing times is the only thing that will get something done as the Minister of Immigration will be forced to take action on the protests and media publications.
