If he done medical or background all the process for stage 2 then it’s approval

lawyers in Motreal are ( generally ) too weak, dumb and loves money... they don't really help their clients and they just like simple and easy cases and applications... so if there is anybody here who knows good lawyers in montreal, i ask him if possible to give me in private or here their names or adresses ...
