Yes correct. I did not make the payment for the principal applicant. Waited for them to resend me the payment link with the total for 2.

Any idea on how to sign the consent and courier forms for dependents while submitting passports?

search on Youtube....there are many videos in regards to that.

your case was similar to mine, did VFS sent you two payment links for two different passport? dont understand why they want two packages when one package can have two passports and it should collected at the same time.

In my case dependent is an infant so I (PA) shall be filling out the consent form and signing it. Don't see an issue.
One thing I am not sure about is page 4. In case of infants there are no biometrics done. Should I leave it blank? Would really appreciate if someone can help on this.

My kids were old enough to sign the passport even though they are below 10 and so I let them sign the forms as well.
