After that criminality is in progress. Eligibility and anything else not started.
Hope this helps people to gauge. It appears mist ICt 2929 CEC Inland are in similar case so no use of calling/GCMS at this stage.

Is your assumption only good for CEC applicants or FSW outland applicants as well?

No I don't know when it was completed but it was sometime before December 7th

It is the status as on the date when you receive the response.

I received a webform reply stating that my VO is Paris France & a reply on my question about eligibility was as per below:
"Moreover, the responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied."
Based on the link you shared on how to decipher webform responses, it means that an assessment on the eligibility has been done. It could be an assessment by the assistant or an analyst, or it could indicate the eligibility requirement having been conclusively met.

So does this mean that I have passed eligibility stage?

Also, do you have any details about the info sharing stage?

If it would have been conclusively passed, it would show the you have met the eligibility requirements. Based on your status, it seem that either the eligibility is in progress, or passed by an assistant or analyst.

I applied work permit 3 years before, I gave all correct information.

Then I applied Paper based PR, but agents forgot to mention my old Canadian study visa refusal and Us visitor visa refusal,
But after getting AOR, we mentioned it in 2 weeks. This happened in July 2019. {via webform and they replied that they received my information}

but my eligibility and criminality got pass in December 2019 for that application.

I was waiting too much then I withdrawn my paper based application in July 2020 and applied Express entry CEC with everything correct information.

Question
1. Will this still be a problem if we mentioned visa refusals after getting AOR?
We mentioned by our self, CIC didn’t ask anything. I am too worried because they take this stuff too seriously.

2. I submitted withdrawal Paper based PR file in July 2020, but till now it is in processing, what is the possible reason that file is not withdrawn from CIC. Even after withdrawal requests they send me Medical request just 2 months back.
I am too worried why they are not withdrawing my Paper based application, is there any issue?

3. this old paper based application and errors in that application and then withdrawn, will this stuff impact on my Current Express Entry Application?

1. No, since you disclosed your prior visa refusals, you need not worry.

2. If its. appear based application, someone will have to close the file manually, and with staffing issue since Summer 2020, there are delays.

3. It should not, just explain it in LoE, when you submit your new application.

Cases are different & can’t be judged from your phone call. People should order GCMS notes or call if they have to.

Do you mean to say Eligibility can be started even though IRCC agent in call is saying not started?. GCMS would just expand the stage details but i feel the IRCC call center will be aware of broad stages like Eligibity started or not etc?.
have u seen case where call center says eligibility not started but GCMS shows otherwise?.

any idea guys howlong it can take to finish security check ? I am hearing same thing from last 3-4 weeks from cic agent.
