GCMS notes can be ordered only by Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents right? How can we order it then?

There are many companies that can do this for you... They will charge some fee for the same. I got mine from gcmsonline and I paid 36 AED thats approx. 10 dollars...

Can you please share your timeline. I am not demotivating you, but the fact is the LVO is sleeping big time. I submitted my ADR on 8th Dec and got confirmation on 6th Jan 2021, so just imagine!.. Best of luck

file sent on 2nd Dec, receieved on 18dec-2019, passed medicals on 16 Feb-2020 & file was moved to LVO on 1st March-2020 .. & they startd processing it on july 27-2020.....then on 18 dec last update was a request for ADR, (PCC, Schedul A, travel Histry)..and i submitted on 26Jan2021... Did u get pre-arrival or something or remedical?? what about your timline???

Yes, file moved to LVO around july if i remember correctly. Outlander from Pakistan, working in KSA.
