Please help those of you who have mailed a COPR and photos to Vancouver office. In my case, Canada Post tracking shows:
"Delivered to your concierge or building manager" on December 15, 2020.
However when I contact IRCC via webform they can't confirm that the photos have been actually received, What should I do? Wait longer? Re-send photos?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi, i used canada post too, and it shows the same. However i had a webform reply last week that they claimed they have everything that they need, hope this helps

I applied my pr card on December 21st 2020 there was ghost update on 26 January
Today i called cic and they said they mailed my pr card on Monday from Vancouver office hopefully i will get it in a day or two
They didn’t update anything in system earlier
The agent i talked to he update the account right way
Now it shows pr card mailed
I wish good luck to everyone

But card issued from Nova Scotia
I applied on December 21 2020 took almost 45 days

Processing time right now is 99 days (3 months).

Good news to Winnipeg Applicants!! Got to know that my card is being produced.
PR confirmation: June 9 2020 (Inland applicant)
Photos received by Winnipeg office on: June 26 2020
Ghost update seen on: Feb 4 2021
Called IRCC client support center on Feb 8 2021 and they said my card has been sent to production and I can expect it in couple of weeks.

Got COPR in June 2020, have not received PR card till now, tried to link the profile bit that does not work either. When I call them they just keep saying in process. I m not sure what happened. It has become like covid vaccine coming coming but never arriving
