I received a submission confirmation yesterday, which seems to be similar to "WP-Ext Only". What is this submission confirmation letter? A glitch?

I have no idea but I didn't receive any confirmation of them receiving my application prior to yesterday. When I called previously to confirm if they've received it, they said there was a glitch which is why I didn't receive the automated confirmation along with the WP Ext. So anything is possible, lol

Dear Expert, need your suggestion/guidance. I have submitted my BOWP Application on 22nd Jan,2021. Myself as primary and my wife as family member. My wife’s application got updated with her uci and biometric detail, also received the wp-ext letter within 3/4 days of submission. Where as in my application nothing changed so far except the submission confirmation letter. UCI is not updated and the 10 digit upi currently showing is not mine and have not received the wp-ext letter and biometric detail not updated even after 2 weeks of submission. Should i be worried? Should i contact ircc by any means?

I just got my hard copy of the BOWP in the mail, but I haven't checked the box for a couple of days so it could've come earlier than that. It was sent from CPC Edmonton on Feb 1st.

Biometric updated: Dec 31, 2020 (Given for Express Entry earlier)
BOWP Approved on gckey: February 05, 2021

(My Express Entry profile is still in progress and it shows 88% completed)

It took 1 month and 10 days to process my BOWP application.
