I have all passed since Jan 22nd, 2021. It has been 15 days and no signs of COPR yet. When I called them they said - "Due to virtual landing process changes, it takes longer to provide the final decision. We are unaware when it would be ready, as it is case to case scenario".

Yes I am using that number. It’s just you have to follow steps to speak to an agent. I always request call back and they do give call back if waiting period is long

Same here ...aor 27th May, 2020 everything is passed on Jan 23,2021 and since then no update and agent told me check ur emails and profile.. you will be getting update soon or ecopr but don’t know when that soon will come ... let me know if uh get any update.. I guess we are on same boat

I've found lately that you have to call them exactly when they open at 8am local time to have a chance to get in the queue, even for call back. by 9am it's already full and dumps out the calls. I'm sure it eases off at some point later in the day but I've yet to find a later time that succeeds.
