The Eligibility would "in Progress" until the day of COPR.

I applied for SP in July 2020 and PR in Nov 2020. I started studies online since I got an approval in principle back in Sep 2020. I don't recall mentioning it in my PR application because I don't think there is any question relative to this, or is there?

It isn't Nigeria but Accra and also remember this VO is notorious for approving with an average of 12months. People are still waiting from February 2019 so it changes nothing

4th Nov. Eligibility was passed at CIO before the file was sent to CPC O in Jan. I think they're giving priority to CEC so you should be better off.
